I am a customer service representative with over 9 years of experience in the field managing incoming calls and customer inquiries. Committed to ensure excellent service standards, increase customer loyalty and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Customer service experience includes Back Office and Phone support, Telemarketing, Technical Support and Inbound Travel Agent.
In line with my customer service experience and my ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively I enrolled in a freelancing course and have established myself good knowledge in virtual assistance and general administrative tasks such data entry, transcription, Internet research, social media management & marketing. I can also utilize MS Application, Google Drive/Docs/Sheet, and Gmail.
